As I adore done up nails so much, I thought I'd share the nails i'm wearing at the moment, Rita Ora's collaboration with Rimmel in colour 203 Lose Your Lingerie:
It is a lovely pearlised pink (very very light pink). I love light polishes like this, especially if they have that hint of sheen in them.
Note this does not dry in 6o seconds as the bottle might lead you to believe... More like 5-10 minutes. It also is not a one coat polish (as the bottle also tries to tell you). The above picture is 2 thick coats... and I'd still go another one (plus a top coat).
Just to give you an idea of the polish after 1 coat, here is a pic:
Overall it is an okay polish. I love the colour, but there are a few downsides to it. Firstly, the lasting power is not great. 2 days in and i'm already chipping. It also has an odd sized brush - it makes it a little difficult to apply. It also desperately needs a top coat, to keep it shiny and not so matte (for me, lighter colours tend to look a bit white-out-ish if they aren't shiny!). I have another Rita Ora polish which I haven't tried yet, but this polish didn't exactly make me want to try it out in a hurry! On a side note, why is it that as soon as your nail polish has dried it turns out you need to open a plastic packet, or pick something open? Why oh why?
What do you think of this polish? What are your wearing on your nails at the moment?
Lol I agree!! I always end up ruining my nails within an hour! Have you tried any of the other nailpolishes of Rimmel?

Haha! As soon as I took these photos I had to pick something open and bam, chip! So annoying... I've never actually been into Rimmel, no reason particularly I think I've always been swayed by other brands. I do have a lasting finish polish sitting in my drawers ready to be opened though! Do you have any suggestions for Rimmel polishes I should try?
