Mini haul - MAC and Benefit

Every time I set myself a spending ban I seem to break it the very next day. Self control when it comes to beauty products? Nil.

I recently had my makeup trial for my upcoming wedding, and my makeup artist was using MAC. I have to say, I've never really ventured to far into MAC products, apart from their lipsticks and one bronzer. I was so impressed that I immediately went into Myer and picked up some goodies. Have to give a big shout out to the girls in the Myer store in Civic - they were so lovely and accommodating and spent a while with me helping me choose out some stellar products.

I picked up:

MAC Studio Sculpt Foundation in NW15 $52
MAC Prep and Prime Highlighter in Bright Forecast $42
MAC Mineralize Blush in Warm Soul $45

I had my eye on some other things but I thought I better just calm down a bit! Although since getting home, I've added a zillion products to my wish list. Agh! I'm a bit angry with myself for never really getting into MAC. Of course, I'd always heard and read so many good things but never took the plunge. Happy I have now!

I also picked up some Brow Zing (light) by Benefit $55. I have used this before and it's seriously the best thing to tame and fill my brows. My brows are thing and sparse but grow like crazy. I really should have waited and purchased from the US site (so much cheaper) but I really needed this!
